Just saw this thread, so sorry for your loss Jas.  Our condolences to you and your sister and family.  I know how you're feeling but it will get better with time.  These things did happen more many years ago like John suggested.  Our 3rd child only lived a couple days and the 4th died in the womb at 7 months.  Your on the right track keeping busy Jas, we had 2 very young children to keep us busy when we went home and have added 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren in the decades since.  Hopefully there are many more babies to come for your family too.

aye jack my friend youre right. when my mother passed away while I was at work. I stayed on the clock. it jacked me mentally. ive no one to talk to about it. so work keeps my mind busy. JAS, let your sister. know im praying for her. will do what I can. we all will. just be there for her if she needs you. help her however you can. just be available if at all possible
