Car transmission experts please advice

I know some guys here are car experts.
OK so this Michi Bitchy has a tranmission issue.
The thing flashes neutral in any forward gear. It also does not move at all.
It goes into reverse with a thump but does move in reverse.

So what could it be ?

I gotta ask, did you check the fluid level and when was it last serviced?

Also, any check engine lights or DTC codes?

check fluid levels. if that doesnt solve it. i see an r&r in its near future

Check engine lit - but that was already on from the cat.
I'll look @ fluid levels and if it was burnt or something.
I'll see what code its thrown.
