This is gonna suck for all those legitimate riders on toy runs and the like, especially as it's the time of year they start happening.

The half wits in power have neglected the fact that the trouble trouble is the bikie *associates* that don't even ride... and now they have pretty much illegally passed this law by skipping the review committee put in place after Jo's illegal activities all us law abiding riders will face intrusion after intrusion of our rights.

The stupidity will come to light when they start using the laws against the criminal element who can afford big money lawyers that will get case after case thrown out of court because they're a breach of their rights. Of course that bit won't get any publicity at all...

Apparently they have to be reviewed in 3 years... if you read closely you'll see there is no mention of motorcycles but an association can be 3 people associating together doing anything legal or illegal...

Yup, noticed that in the PDF Slips posted Cods... no mention of motorcycles, and anyone gathering 3 or more for legal or illegal reasons can be detained under these new laws.

This is so f%&ked up and noone in the general public gets it or is creating an outcry about it... even motorcyclists are having a pretty lame showing on the petition circulating going by the reported number of signatures... another media snow job on behalf of the LNP to con the general public into not giving a shaZam!...
