Running a little lean

I changed the plugs the other day and the color indicates I'm running a little lean. No popping or anything noticeable, but it reminded me I haven't cleaned these carbs yet. Does anyone have any tips for getting the mixture right? Should I rejet? Or just give it a good cleaning and see if it still runs lean. I'm getting all kinds of advice from other riders, so I thought I'd see what some experienced GS'ers would know about it.

The bike will naturally run a bit lean from the factory. If you're running the stock intake and exhaust, I see no reason to worry about jetting.
