Thinking of selling 2000 GS with under 1000 miles

I inherited a GS...
Thinking of selling it.
Wanted to kinda put feelers out.

Its a 2000 has 850 miles.
Unfortunately it sat for awhile so that tank took a hit.
Working on getting it clean.
Runs great.
Just had the carbs professionally rebuilt.

I do not have a title. I inherited it from my Uncle and he never got a title from the guy he purchased it from.

If the bike is in good order and not-salvaged you should be able to recover the title by VIN from your DMV. I would give them a call. It could take the value of your bike from the low $100s (because it's only worth parts) to where it should be (mid to high $1000s).

It is not possible to recover the title simply by having the VIN...if only it were that easy.
