GREASE!!!!

Could someone please tell me what kind of grease to use for the swing arm and steering head?  Is there a general type of lubricant to use throughout the entire bike? (pivot points)  Please help

Moly-grease is the best for these bearings. (although I did use regular roller bearing grease)

or
suzuki brand stuff....
or
walmart brand wheel bearing grease

any grease is better than what came from the factory
use lots of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
