I would wait until they are gone for a few days then hire a paving company to come in and pave it.  Will make them go bonkers.

Clearly they are OCD, and believe they own the right of way -which they don't.

There are a couple pot holes further down the alley closer to my place. We plan to have a group of us go to the end of the alley. Dig up a couple buckets of gravel and move it down to fill the other pot holes. That would really drive him over teh edge because he thinks it is his gravel and his private drive. (It is a dead end alley so that's the only way in or out).

has anyone suggested buying some of that cold patch asphalt? we used it at my work, comes in a nice big bucket, all you have to do is pour it out and add some water and it hardens up.

I don't know if I'd do it to piss him off or if I actually wanted a hard surface there instead. It'd be a good amount of work to remove it though if he didn't like it.

tick-tok, tick-tok....a guy who is obsessed by motorcycles...who loves guns......and likes shooting at animals....who is annoyed with his neighbour carrying out maintenance chores ...and the motorcyclist is making increasingly bizarre videos as the neighbour becomes the focus of the biker's life.......and the biker exhibits behaviour intended to taunt the neighbour.....and posts the videos on the GS500 forum......and the cycle tightens.....toxic....toxic......tick-tok, tick-tok...anybody feel a little intervention from the authorities would be sensible here??

And, gawd, he's posting those clips  all over YouTube, too! Mate, ya gotta get on with yer neighbours...it's, like, rule no 3 or something of life! Rule No 1 being to get your end in fairly regularly.

Upset by a neighbour who is keen on a little bit of urban maintenance. Rides his motorcycle on the lane-way in a manner intended to taunt his neighbour. Sets up cameras and films and posts videos of his neighbours maintenance work. Sure are some lunatics out there. I'd be a bit worried living in Seattle near this nut. Tick-tok, tick-tok, and the neighbourhood tension rises.......
