while my bike was out front of my friends house last night somebody pushed it over. scrapes down the side, broke the mirror right off and the brake lever is gone.
i'm not happy about this.

Seriously makes you want to install a simple mercury tip switch/alarm to go off if someone tips over your bike.

Real bummer, bad luck, at least when I dropped mine I knew who to blame. Brake lever is not too expensive, nor is the (alternator?) cover, the thing with three small bolts and SUZUKI emblem I am told is the most-replaced part, with luck you can polish it out. Whatever you do, don't take chances with the brake lever (or any other part of the braking system)

forget alarm devices...makes you ant to tie a Rottweiler or Pit Bull next to your bike....using a loose slip-knot!!!! :guns:  :guns:  :x

or like the company in south africa that made the anti car jacking device. When anyone would try to open the door, flames would shoot up from under the running boards.  I'm sure it might be a little difficult to get a patent for that in the US.

JakeD-getting your nipple pierced is not crazy. Killing a drifter to get an errection? Now that's crazy!

your right, there might be some legal issues to deal with, but flames...thats a good idea!

flames are nice but a stun gun would be better and easier to become legal!  One touch without disableing it would send 20-40,000 volts of elect. through their thieving little bodies 8)   The thief would be lying right there the next morning for you to call in. :nono:
