So I just cleaned my carbs and a few of my labels fell off, so I forget where this tube goes.

I need to know where the one marked in red connects to on the other side. The green is the airbox drain tube if I'm not mistaken.

Also if anyone knows the general cost to get the carbs synced, that would be helpful as-well.

The tube marked in red goes to the nipple on the bottom of the gas tank, next to the tank petcock.  It is your fuel overflow.

There should be a total of 3 tubes; the battery overflow, tank vent, and airbox drain (with the nipple).  They all come out in that same area.

I obviously messed something up because I now have a problem. First of all it dies on choke. I didn't think it was a big problem, I just re-installed the choke cable wrong and could fix it later.

It also will not accelerate. The engine rev's and all, but I cannot move forward once the clutch is let go. With the clutch midway out, it catches a little bit. Any ideas what I did wrong? Could these problems be related?

Seems like you need to do a proper 3-point clutch adjustment. The WIKI has instructions. Your clutch is not fully engaging so that probably means adjusting the thingie under that diamond cover with the 2 screws.

I should mention that I just took out my carbs, and after re-installing is when the problems started.
