URGENT HELP NEEDED!

My gs500f is the 04 and has tons and tons of emission vacuums and sensors coming off the carbs. Here is the problem. i am running a drop air box, delkavic open shorty exhaust. im running 140 mains, stock midmains and 20 piolet jets. here is the best part. IT WONT IDLE. It starts and stays at 3 thousand rpm, but when put under load it will drop under 3 and will die. i have no clue at all what to do at this point. i've been trying to fix this problem for the past two weeks and nothing i seem to do, does anything at all. i have to be missing something. so please help me quickly guys and girls before i am bald from frustration! very much appreciated.
