Quick shim question

Just a quick one,

Will any 29.5mm shim fit the GS? Found some cheap ones online, right diameter, right thickness, but they're listed for different bike models. I'm assuming they'll still work?

Should work...

I'm not sure you want to go cheap on shims.

Ahh, that's reassuring. They were OEM Suzuki ones, but listed for the GS1000, so the quality should be ok. Thanks for the reply

Good...but Where's the link?  Maybe some of the rest of us want / need cheap OEM shims!
