Windshield question

I am just install a windshield on my 2008 GS500E. But all the windshield I could find on the market is up to -2002. Could anyone pls tell me what's the difference between the 02 and 08 to install a windshield? would the 02 fit on the 08? if not, what do I need to do to mod a 02 to my 08? any help would b appriecate

The 02 GS500 were the last naked ones sold in US so most items for naked GSs are listed here for 89-02 models, only GS500F fully faired models were sold new here after 02.  Don't know what country you are from but if your 08 GS500E is like the naked GS500 still sold in AU I don't see why any windshield listed for 02 models wouldn't fit your 08.  Naked GS500 still shown on Suzuki AU site:
