I've seen some pictures and threads where people change the front end of a gs500f and I do Like how it is but I kinda don't. Sometimes it just looks odd to me. Kinda pointy and not fully like your typical street bike. Hypothetically speaking( because I don't even know how to go about doing that) how does it work? What would I be able to swap it with? Or is there something custom I could look for?

Don't hate! I fully understand my level of newb still! I'm just curious.

there are some that are interchangeable, and some that are not. ( directly) some you can mod, and some you cannot. upside, down etc, many options. but try to keep steering geometry as close to stock as posible

Yeah, every front end has a different set of challenges. If you've never done one before, try to research as much as possible before spending a dime.

Honestly though, if it might be a little much as far as a project, you could just make your current front end the best it can be: fork springs and oil, braided brake lines, rebuilt caliper, proper pads, etc.. People have been riding fairly well on much lower tech front ends for decades, so the GS500 isn't all that bad.
