Just did the whole jet swap an lunchbox deal. Once there was fuel.in.the bulls couple cranks and she started right up. Letting it sit to warm up so I could adjust the idle. Took it for a ride an let off throttle died.  Gas coming from the air filter. So its loading up. I'm thinking floats are stuck but I just had em apart!! But its a possibility. My other thought is fuel mixture screw? Thoughts? Thanksgiving in advance

Mixture screws won't cause gas leaking from your air filter.  It's your float needles.  Check the oring that seals the needle valve seat.  If it is squared off, then replace it.

They are A OKAY. Now... I raised the needles with a #4 washer.

My bad. Didn't read the answer fully. Ill pull the seats and check them

Negative, not those needles.  I'm talking about the needle valve set, which is the part that attaches to the float in the bowl and shuts off the gas flow.  You are referring to the jet needle, which goes up and and down with the slide when the diaphragm is raised.

yah I didn't read the question kinda jumpin to conclusion. but yes pulled the bowls "on the bike, saved so much time" the o-ring's on the seats are pretty squared off. the seats fell right out with the floats normally they stay in, id say that s a give away right there. I will grab some from work tomorrow and let you know. much appreciated.

Just make sure the orings you get are gas resistant.  You want nitrile or butanone orings.
