Pro Bolt alu. engine bolts

Hey guys!

I'm in the begin stages of turning my GS into a café racer with a modern twist.
The engine is going to be treated to a lick of satin black engine laquer.
To break up the black a bit, I was thinking of ordering a set of red alu. replacement bolts from Pro Bolt.

Does anyone have any experience with this company and their products?

i used a bunch of them when i rebuilt mine, just for fairings and non important stuff. Alu bolts don't hold much torque they're pretty easy to break.

Yes and when they used to have these in drag racing in the 90's and they used em on the valve cover etc they were hex head, not allen head. Something about soft metal and allen heads didn't jell.
BTW drilling ti is easy if you snap/strip one, its as soft as the material around it, not like steel.

This kit is for the less stressed bits like the side casings, clutch covers, etc.
Would the alu. be strong enough for that?

dunno I wasn't game to try it with anything that may leak.

I did intend to, then putting my bike back together and using them elsewhere went abort abort abort, can't be bothered dealing with the problems if they break.
