WTB gs500f frame/chassis or broken bike/parts bike

Hey guys i have a gs500f which i bought on craigslist, unfortunately i went to the DMV to register it but there was over $700 worth of unpaid fee's and other crap... Its a complete bike and seems to be running ok though. Will have to transfer all the parts to a registrable frame that won't have any hassle's. I am located in Orange County California.
