Battery... it happens! ... age, not used for a while, large average change in temp- ie winter to summer or vice versa, low fluids in cells. .. here's perfect chance to put a good AGM battery in! ...
All blinkers on same time in rear? ... still bad wiring join somewhere! ? .. your repaired wires should be individually taped/shielded before wrapping back up..

Fuse for not starting? .. but I think as it's 1 fuse for whole bike then it affects everything. .. so a safety relay on clutch circuit?.. if damaged that wire too before/during repairs?
