laser deeptone exhaust , shad sidecase luggage

hi  everyone ,  does anyone  have laser deeptone full system , with shad sidecase luggage , or anyother full  exhaust system .......  if  you do need photos please ,  kind regards  rg500gamma

hi again ,  does  anyone  have  a  2007  gs500f  with  shad sidecase luggage  and  a laser deeptone  full exhaust system fitted on motorcycle  ,  or  anyother  full  aftermarket  exhaust system  ,  i.e.  stock exhaust  system  only clears shad sidecase luggage by 1 inch ,  from the photos  of say a  jardine  full exhaust  system  no  one  so far  has  shad sidecase  luggage fitted with  aftermarket  exhaust  ( full  exhaust  system  )  ...........  another example  I contacted  delkevic  and asked  them  what  full system would clear  shad sidecase  luggage  and  delkevic  said  maybe only the   SS70  may clear .........  I want to install  a full system  without having to refabricate  the shad brackets  ,  if you  have  shad sidecase luggage  (hard case luggage)  and a full aftermarket exhaust system  , could you please post a photo ,  anyways  thanks in advance   rg500gamma

hi  again  , forgot to mention  bassani  ,  would make  a   nice  full system ,  old school  exhaust   , ( like on  1983 gpz 750 )  ( style exhaust silencer ) (flat black ) however need to make 25 sets  of complete exhaust system , for them to go ahead  with  the order ,  bassani website  states that ,  25 minimum has to be made for them to even considerate manufacturing them ,  well I was hoping I could  drop off my bike and have them make one with my shad sidecase luggage ..........  would be the first  2007 gs500f  with bassani exhaust and  shad sidecase luggage ...........  kind regards  rg500gamma

Might be easiest to have the last foot or two on the exhaust (before the muffler) bent down to clear the Shad cases.

Sounds like you are worried about heat from the muffler melting the Shad cases. I would try asking the manufacturer of the cases ~ Shad is not in the same league as Givi but they should not have designed a product for any bike that would have problems as serious as you are describing.

The other way to avoid the problem is get a topcase, tailpack and tankbag.

yes  stock  exhaust  is very close  to right hand sidecase luggage container , so  I was  wanting to know if a aftermarket system  is   further   away  such  as  jardine  or laser  deeptone  , so far  delkevic  states  that the   SS70  may clear  the hardcase luggage on the right hand side  ,   kind regards   rg500gamma
