No Spark/Bad Ground?

Hey guys.   Done a lot of work on my bike lately.  Major prob was stuck needles/no fuel to the carbs but I got that fixed and verified gas was going to carbs and into cylinders, which it is.  Bike just turns and turns though.  Pulled the plug and no spark, but if I touch the body of the plug to a piece of metal I get spark.

The bike ran on starter fluid (fired) before I pulled the carbs so maybe it's possible I didn't connect something?  Or maybe the ground is bad?  Where should I start?

EDIT:  I used starting fluid this time as well.  Is it possible since the carbs had gas that it just got badly flooded?  Will letting it sit overnight help?
Good day to you!
