hand control?

does anyone have any advice for good hand controls for a 89 gs500e that are aftermarket cause i cant run my stock ones. oh ya im running the stock carbs so i need ones that can be used with those?  Please help!!!!!!!

I guess any 7/8" set can be used, if you really want to go through and rewire everything. You should be able to just use the stock throttle cables and adjust them at the carbs for free play.

The clutch perch is another story, though. I have an '04-'05 gixxer perch on mine with no issues. A quick search on the forum can help you out finding which clutch perches work. I had a thread not too long ago about my swap. I'll see if I can find it for you.

May I ask why the stock set can't be used? It may help with further suggestions.
