Drilling gascap lock (Gs500 2003 i believe)

Hi!

I bought a gastank of a gs500 2003 i believe. Now i dont have the key's to open the lock. So ill have to transfer my old lock. Not a problem.
But what's the correct way to drill this lock?

Does it  have pinns on either side of the key (since the key is 2 sided)? or just one?
Im supposed to drill through those pinns right? on the lock cylinder side?

Can anyone give me instructions on a way how to handle this?
