upper triple spacing/dimensions

Does anyone know the fork spacing along with the offset of the forks from the stem hole? Also what size is the stem hole?

I don't have the sizes off hand, but can measure everything tonight. What do you need them for? If you are making a new one via CNC, the dimensions I give won't be THAT accurate ...
