Fork spring

Hello All, I will be replacing the fork oil on my GS500F K6 soon and was wondering if it would be worth my time and money if I fitted some new springs, also what springs would you recommend?

I just bought some sonic springs.  They will ask you a few questions, then tell you what stiffness you need.  I haven't installed mine yet, but they get excellent reviews.
