Hi changes clutch cable now bike won't get out of neutral? Please help

The adjustment could be off. Have you adjusted your clutch cable after putting it on? Try this and see if that fixes it.

Did you secure your clutch safety switch?

Yep that and get yourself a service manual if you don't have one. Its the best money you can spend on your GS.
