Need head for a 1995 GS500

I'm looking for a head for a 1995 GS500(not sure if they changed it at all over the years but anything compatible too). Long story short my threads that hold the valve cover down are SEVERELY damaged. I'd prefer a head that has the valves and tappets and everything installed already. I'd also prefer not to have to do another valve clearance job(just did it on this head), but I'm guessing thats going to be necessary if I use my own cams and retainers etc. As long as the head and valves are in good shape and all the threads are good (helicoiled is great too) I'm interested.
