Gs500 hesitating under full throttle. Custom gs500

Hey guys. Just finished my build on my bike and its running pretty good.. Last year I did a rejet with 40 pilots 150 mains and 1 washer. Straight pipes with baffle and k&n lunch box.  It's running pretty good but is hesitating under full throttle.. Anybody have any ideas? I do not know float heights till later. Deffinetely something that probably is off as well
