What is that dial that goes from 1-4 ont he front brake? Mine is set at 2 what ever that means...

It's the distance of the brake lever from the bar. If you have small hands or short fingers, you can move it closer. Or the other way around. :thumb:

You should push the lever away from the bar a little - this way the dial is easy to turn.
