runs fine, needs maintenance work with all the parts included. Chain needs to be put on, old chain is off. Break pads, battery and rear tire installed. This bike is set up as a sport tourer with a one of a kind, touring wind screen, heavy duty rack and sissy bar. Look on my profile and you'll see just how the rack was built. 1400 is firm.
