Yes, the caliper is adjusted with machined washers, and wheel axle holds everything in-line.

The fork brace holds are pain in the @$$ for welding, since everything is curved and miniature, so we found the solution by machining a kind of washer/hollow cylinder on which the brace holds are welded (I don't know how to explain it correctly, since English is not my native language), mount the whole thing on top of the fork leg (also slightly machined to accept the brace mount carrier) and weld it together.

I'll take photos, so I hope it will be easier to understand.
