First picture is of the vent tube connection.  This should be a tube that attaches to nothing on the other end, that runs up behind the airbox to and is held in place by a flexible clamp on an airbox screw to stay out of the wind.

Second picture is where the choke cable should attach.

Third picture - Your carbs are out of sync.  Do a search on carb sync, or utilize a shop manual of some kind to learn how to do this.  It would be a bad idea to turn the screw that adjusts this until they look very close by eye, just as a starting point.

Fourth picture...you need a new spring.  I believe I have one I can sell you if you want to send me an IM, or you can get them new from any dealer or online store with a Suzuki parts fiche.

EDIT: I forgot the 3rd picture the first time.

The parts that open when you rev I believe are called the butterfly valves; not sure how you adjust them independently, though.

Yep, butterfly valves. In third (?) picture above you can see the attachment point for the throttle cable.... if you look to the right of that point, you'll see a small Phillips shaped screw that opens one butterfly valve to match the other. You'll need a carb sync tool to do it accurately though.
