Be aware, this is not very wise advise!

Shepa

I've experienced it last year on the open road, and I must say it wasn't pleasant, especially since my bike was misfiring and losing power due to (as I wrongfully thought) some electrical issues caused by water.
The hail was about 2 cm in size, and scared me to death, although the tyre grip was not an issue, but the constant banging on the helmet, visor, and fuel tank was horrifying, not to mention the chilling sensation around my private parts, hahahaha. It lasted maybe 3-4 minutes, but it felt like hours, and the visibility was maybe 10 meters or so.
Nowhere to park or hide, the only option was to ride it through, and hope I won't crash in process.

Been there done that, got the tshirt. It is a little easier to cope with on a touring bike with good gear. Not much worse than hard rain.

Why didn't you just go the whole way and buy me a f@#king Kawasaki you bastards.

Mind you, driving the Mini-Moke down the A3 in the English winters in the late 60s had its moment of fun as the snow drifted up the windscreen, in through the gap at the top 'tween hood and frame, all to create a lovely interior winter wonder-land.
