Hey all was looking for some thoughts on rejetting, I'm in the UK and have heard people mention that UK and US fuel are commonly a different octane and was wondering how true this is and whether it might affect using suggested jets on the GS wiki matrixy thingy?

I've thrown an R6 can on my GS and have got a K&N lunchbox on order, was thinking of going with the "conservative" suggestion of 22.5/65/145 for a sports pipe (the can is basically straight through) and going from there. Also got those crazy Brisk ring fire plugs in, if it makes any difference?

Anyone got any thoughts? Am I just being stupid?

UK 89-00 is 125/40 stock. No clue what 01+ is.
Someone can look in the factory manual and post.
Cool.

I'm also in the UK, straight through exhaust stock filter and I've got to 20/60 135
Could really do with getting 132.5 mains tbh

Thanks guys, ok maybe my original figures were a bit aggressive then, I think I'll try a 20/60 and try 135 and 137.5 failing that :)
