Bloody airbag trying to fit to bloody carbies and then stupid tank pad on the front of the frame won't let tank touch down and line up.  Think the tongue will need to be bent slightly or persuaded with a hammer and block of wood.

Other than that 5/16 fuel hose fits like a c*^k in a top hat and it so big outside diameter than the other hoses don't fit down by the airbox.

Otherwise things are great.

This made me LOL but for real I feel your pain... I actually dented my tank with my fist one night out of frustration because I couldn't get it to line up right. And fiddling with those fuel lines can be quite irritating as well... glad to know I'm not the only one that has struggled a bit in the past with these issuesssss  :2guns:
Superbike bars, '04 GSXR headlight & cowl, DRZ signals, 1/2" fork brace, 'Busa fender, stainless exhaust & brake lines, belly pan, LED dash & brake bulbs, 140/80 rear hoop, F tail lens, SV650 shock, Bandit400 hugger, aluminum heel guards & pegs, fork preload adjusters, .75 SonicSprings, heated grips

It's really tough to find good fuel hose, the motion pro stuff is expensive that fits very well. Like the original it has a thinner wall and so that makes it easier to work with and install and clamp. Expensive though

You think Pyrrhic victory is bad you should try Pyrrhic defeat!

go it down, bought some 1/4 fuel line thats thinner than the stuff the bike came with (I won't say factory). by 1/2mm or so.

now to find some tank bolts, they're long gone.
