Jetting help!

Moved from Wisconsin to Utah. Elevation is around 5,000ft. I'm running a full VH exhaust K&N lunch box. I was running 40pilot and 147.5 mains. I've come down to 130 mains and still super black and carbon fouling my plugs. Any ideas or should I keep dropping jet size?

I don't know the numbers for elevation changes, so I'll wait for Buddha to step in. I would say check your electrical system though. Battery voltage at idle, at 5k rpm, strong blue spark, voltage at the coils, etc, etc.
