Got a micro sd card enroute. (32gb) found cheap on amazon. hoping it arrives before procedure. will be downloading many things (LEGALLY/mostly lol) but tomorrow im strapping on the moonboot and straightening house. ( will have pain meds refilled by then.) i have to get house ready. ive got 12 days to get it done, so a bit each day =not so taxing, i want to find my skullcandy 5.1 earbuds though ( picked those up for 79cents at old job almost 2 years ago. theyve been misplaced. want to locate them so i can listen to music or vids while in recovery. before anaesthesia wears off, nurses may catch me singing lol.  heck i can sing, i do at church anyways. (choir and other programs)  those earbuds spoiled me sound from them is similar in quality to my Yamaha/jbl northridge/polk sub setup. which is why i want to find them. Buddha will agree when i say this house is a cluster. hes seen it :S remnants of electronic projects all over the place lol . so within reason, got to clean this area up to make it safe and conducive to recovery. and hope to find those ear buds lol.
On a side note, for a week, post op, im not to make any twisting motions with my back. ill end up sleeping on couch but how the heck do i get out of bed/couch? no matter where i sleep, twisting is required to become upright, beyond that, unless ....NVM just figured it out. place arms behind my hind quarters, and push myself into a sitting position. then spin 90  deg. on my hind end. maybe using walker to get into a standing position. heck ive got a few days to practice, plus im sure ppl at hosp tom. will suggest best way of accomplishing this. if not, the neuro will know.
Easiest way would be to sleep in a recliner lol. cept the recline function on my recliner is broken. ( was electric/power) it was an older lift up/recline rehabilitation type unit. was my grandfathers before his passing.  Hmmm got an idea, moms hospital bed in formal living room still works. i clean off all traces of cat it would be perfect. (bleach and sanitize) it can elevate me to sitting position almost. minimising risk.

W.......T.........H......., now my primary doc referred me to a cardiologist. Course Sinus Tachycardia ( rapid heart rate, 130bpm  for 2 mos) i guess concerned her. i told my pain doc about this. his FNP said yeah it was 130 last month also.. i said"? my visit to GP doc was first time i heard of it. was news to me. i mean heart occasionally feels like it skips a beat, occasional breath deficiencies, but tbh i feel fine literally. NOW after gp labs comes back, i have an appt 2 days before my back surgery. tbh to me it feels like nerves, or perhaps maybe my meds, idk. i guess ill find out on the 30th. i WILL laugh if they tell me to run the treadmill. i guess theyre trying to slow it down before procedure. ive been prescribed a beta blocker,bp med even though, bp and cholesterol overall are healthy. i have to split a tiny pill from 25mg to 12.5 + or -. rate down to 115-120
Frig lol. what else lol. got the 115 rate @ hosp going thru pre OP labs/ecg.

Seems to always happen to you, doesn't it?  On the more upbeat side, I have a heart rate of 55 - 60, and I've had a heart attack, I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and take all sorts of pills for it. My wife, however, has a heart rate of 120ish (and has had for years) and her blood pressure is right on the norms. And she takes no pills for it! So what does that tell you? Personally I wouldn't be too worried about it, but that's just me.

Given the stress you under just now, coupled with "white coat syndrome" it's not too surprising the your heart rate is high.

Btw what is "white coat syndrome?" Geez i realised ive not slept at all tonight. have a church trip to nashville tn. BUT kim a passenger so i can sleep going to and coming from. besides had to ease nerves. meh yall have read enough. besides idk what else to add lol. anyhoo no idea what white coat syndrome means? can you elaborate? regarding meds, i managed for years without them as ive aged, i lost my indestructible mode lol..

Its when the sight of a Doctor in a white lab coat makes you nervous or edgy.
Your body's natural response is a much higher heart rate. Possible high (or lower) that usual blood pressure too.

I have blue coat syndrome. The sight of a cop in my rear view mirror makes me nervous.
Especially after 7 or 8 beers and I have the mobile meth lab in the trunk.

Assisted the young womens. helping visitors pointed out where  everythibg was. standing upright . dammit i fell again.. again rightimg myself. anyhoo after they put trasy in dumpsttter. (bear with me phone is dying. i get to car, and dammit i roll R ankle. This time it kinda hurt. enroute to ftn city . from grey fox lane in franklin tn. its burming type pain. i roll ankle y2t again, at rendezvous pt. we get backbibroll it again. i roll it its buring HARD now.bwill see what tomorrow holds.bi fear i have broken or knocked loose the TI pkat. if it feel morebpain,bill call monday.bor their after hours emergency line.

I think next time you go to temple you should take the wheelchair, not the walker. I really think you qualify under the "Born Under A Bad Sign" rule, if it wasn't for real bad luck you wouldn't have no luck at all. I'm really sorry to hear this. It sucks from this end, it must be much worse from that. My sincere commiserations!

The "white coat syndrome" is when you go to see the vet, err doctor, and he/she takes your blood pressure and gets a really high value. Usually if you take it again about 5 minutes later it will be a lot better.

Vielen dank ( german for Many thanks) now a description of the sat.. I met up saturday @ the Grove Park center. afaik /iirc fractures, in play were: the distal fib/tib. nothing more. we arrive in frankl7n tn @temple. i brought walker to use. rode with Bishop jon Clark. we arrived at 930am CST.
i get walker out van. you will notice my spelling is bad. because of a diagnosed case of "Drop Limb" . my left wrist currently has only 5% of its original stringth left in it. due to  injury which occured at some poi nt Sat. (more

We proceed to door. and enter. now i cant be specific because of  the sacredness of services. so description will be bland at times. Anyhoo. iwas supposed to change intomy whites ( pants, shoes and shirt) i borrowed these because i had forgotten   mine.

I THEN collapse. i dont feel ny pain, so then i get back on feet. ( i had left walker in changing area. figured i made it this far. so ill proceed without. i notice i cannot straighten wrist out UNLESS,  either i drop arom  toward floor or or point it toward celing.  i nearly get it  strainght  toward ceiling.
floor ifc hits ir  due to gravity . anyhoo moving on. no pain.
IN WRIST.
I PROCEED to font i fall again.  great pain in left ankle.
(9 ouf 10) no pain in wrist heck i couldnt even mas.... if i wished... ( i dont. just saying.) i then proceed to next room. i fall agakn)bsme thing. i climb with great effory into seat. great pain in left ankle. not too bad in R.  at this point, was tempted to call local bisholp since m recommend ws in good standing) and be taken 4o vanderbilt hospital ( level 1 trauma centre) theyd then bring me home but fracture pain ive dealt with before. so decide to power through it and ceremonie, and wit until netxt ortho or towafd surgery date. ( om 2nd) anyhoo during ceremonies i change stations (seats and duties/ 3 more times. falling due to  inability to support weight. ] refractured tibia and new one.
had fib been oky i could have BRIEFLY supported weigh. ( its capable of supporting 17%).
but since BOTH were now broken, weight support wwas maybe 22% lol. MAYBE. (momentarily`0 )
i fall a total of 6 times 5 there, no 7 times, 5 there, 1 at restaurant during jbathroom break attempt. ( was unable to go 1 during entire visit and most  of trip home. i told Bishop ( jon clark) if i dont at least whiz by time we reach knoxville, to drop me at UT.   ID BE IN THE MIDST of an acute renal failure) episode  ( almost 18 hours wince, last time i voided) .

.We make it to farragut. ( knox suburb) outside of Hardin valley. i try one final time. YAY got 18oz out of it. a deficiency but theyre working .  it was maybe 50%. 36 fl oz in Vs 18 fl oz out. . i was wanting to attend church today,  but decided not to.. Oh sorry was slightly off on wrist injury. it presented itself in its full glory Urine output improves to between 85-90 %. where it is today.  anyhoo, i decide to try to wait for treatment until
surgery date or maybe even ortho. radiologist disagrees in the strongest possible way. he told me 2 days is pushing it. hes calling ahead to make room. i really DONT  want to postpone  the SCS implant if it can be avoided. will figure this out tomorrow or next day ( err today or tomorrfow. its now04:45.
) i will have this appointment ( with  a nerve conduction study.  it is royally painful lol) i told doc lol. ( pai level is a solid 10 at this point. where it remains. ;(. ER put me in a fibreglass backslab. ( splint on posterior of lower leg ( knee to ankle)  wrapedp in an ace bandage. ) Anyhoo, hand /finger strength down to less than 5%  (meaning i can grab a sock using 2 fingers aka a pinch style. as hard as possible, i shake hand gentky  jsock  will fall  too floor. i pinched nurse ( willingly i must add) no discomfort whatsoever. Final post in this update. not final update, just in this segment. Anyhoo Urine output is roughly  between 85 and 90%.  ( i use a doc suppliw1d c8ntainer/cup 4o measure0) lol ive got a box dull of these "souvenirs"
anyhoo, i let  Bishop Clark know id not be there (church) today due to the injuries sustained as well as urine output deficiencies.
I call both neuro as well as well as ortho today early. hoping i can at least get both appointments on same day. , ( both are at TOC facility in oak ridge. ( Drs kahn neuro and reat ortho.)since ankle fracture is guaranteed now id say 99% with both fib and 2 tib Fractures., id say guaranteed 99%. either using pins, plates and an internal brod, or worst case, ankle fusion or amputation.

this scares me  ALOT. IT May postpone SCS implant. or if possible, perform bothbduring same slot in OR.. Wtf. im used to pain. but at this level, it is mentally taxing. I disagree with Baroke Obummers flavour of politicws, BUT, had it not been for the ACA, 1 ID BE OVER A MILLION In debt, and more than likely dead. i do want to see the xrah films though,  i want to visually see the radiologists level of concern. see why he wants it handled in 2 days. and not on the 5th. i can live with the acute radial palsy, ( limb drop/and finger strength deficiencies) would add a new chapter to the now guaranteed lol gs trike.  i.e. HAND CONTROLS    Although id rather  have  full hand function and lose useof  left leg tbh. because i d  had plans to get back into jewelry repaif and horology ( a watchmaker). both pretty much impossbile sans one hand  ( unless i work at a 45 deg angle ::      cays err cause,  texting/posting isd ifficult with 1 hand. ( this post/update was started at midnight lol all segments. it is now 0530.. this phone doesnt support voice assisted typing. ( the moto x doe) as does the tablet. but ive now got at jleqast 2 surgeries guaranteed . my body is worn out. its like a 20yo hyumday with600k miles. or ast star treak quote says, " i dont think shecan tke much more of this captain!" lol. ( winter and christmas will SUCK for me financially. BJUT ont he plus side, as long as SCS doesnt paralyze or worse, kill me, i can then begin to reahbilitate my body. but as ive said im SCARED.R jcorrection,pPETRIFIED, THE  post traumatic arthritis, is mentally taxing and physically taxing as is the loss of most of my left hands capabilities. putting a coat on is a funny affair. i stick left arm into sleeeve, wrist being bent at about 75deg angle. or the simple task of r     scratching an itch.. it looks like im punching jmyself in the fac. lol. anyhoo this phone is physically y   dying. this concludes monster update. there will be othersj of this size o  lol.. mentally im worn out. physically, im close behind.  today when i finise talking to surgeons/ setting appointments,  ive got 3 documents to write ( by hand)  1 . final instructions/ a will  for lack of a better term. 2. instructions for completing  step .1,                ..3. writing a hymn (  this has been an item on my bucket list for years. . finally thqt veil has been lifted and i cn see th  eohymn. good GOD even the smallest update to monster update is HUGE !.. my friends i truly am sorry. ill close with a humerous thought. eating if i cNt rotate/position hand while eating its in one word "awkward" i may youtube it using the Moto X. soup using left hand is a no go. and 2 handed items ( subs etc) also are a no go. may edo this today. because idk if this palsy is permanent or not. but id like to have it for future us2e. popcorn was a FAIL earlier as was the peanut brittle made and eelivered byh friend at church. = yummy.. bug will get that done today, as fqr as updatew, maybe subdeay if i can bypass the2 YT  filter

Idk where i got 22%  weight support from, then again phone was going nuts and i was typing with 1 thumb and a bit of the other one. ( almost no pressure though) course even with both bones freshly fractured,, wdell fib was diagnosed oct 7.  might have been a bit older than that tbh but until that day was untreated i think they missed it. it DOES happen sometimes. anyhoo stability triangle. term used to describe the 3 main ankle bones. the tib( shin bone), the fib ( lateral/outside thin long bone, and the talus. ( what tib, fib, and heel attach to.  most single FRX  are stable and usually dont require surgery. USUALLY. when you get into the bi and tri malleolar ( 2 or 3 ankle bones) or  equivalent ( tendons etc) it becomes unstable/destabilised. after sat ive got 3 frx perhaps 4. ( the tib frgmm id aug, the fib from perhaps same time but undiagnosed until early october. yet to be treated.  the NEWt ib FRX. AND  if the old intra-articular extensionl ( FRxt hat transitions from one of the 2 malleoli (long bones)i nto the ankle joint. if thats still active ive got 4. if not ive got3.  = unstable and more than likely needs surgery. around 95-99% likely. will be the second time ill get screwed and it didnt involve sex. oh and thist imd ill be as close as possible to 100% compliqnce. id be a liar if i was totally compliant.b just not possible unless ic heck into a rehabilitation hospital
