so far cept the heelbone pops when i have to walk on it. (sounds like youd be popping a knuckle) keeping an eye on this. but other than that, all is well.

I seem to be boring people with this thread. although no ones said anything. its a feeling i get. i know its true because id update it,  with relevant info and id look at it from someone elses POV and think Wtf okaaay? im reading this why?

Well I'm just up to this post atm, so I thought I'd answer. I started reading it this morning because of the title, drs advice, heed it. I thought it was prescient for my situation as I had a small (7mm) suspicious thing in my prostate, discovered a year ago after a high psa reading, 10. Doc wanted to do a guided biopsy but I thought, 'f%$k it' what's the worst that can happen. I don't really mind dying, but I could end up paralysed which would be no fun. So the Doc really implored me to go back to the specialist. That is why I read it anyhoo.

But even if no one reads it, who give a f anyway. It's interesting, if only to keep your sanity. I noticed that you have had lots of boring moments, so I thought I'd suggest to you the concept of audio books, personally I listen to stuff all night, but they are mainly scientific lectures which will go into my dreams and I listen over and over. They might not be to your taste but there are normal audio books that are an absolute delight, especially if read well. Off the top of my head something like Bill Bryson's "A short history of nearly everything is fun".

If you have some way of listening to mp3 files, I could send you a bunch of stuff. Just a thought.

almost done with the knee walker build. it will end up like patricks huhsky gs. ( purple and white) ill paint the frame purple and white 2 tone, put wire wheels with whitewalls on it. going to try to have it finished in 3 mos. ( when budget allows, will get enough purple and white, 2 coats each, then 2 coats of clear on it. got the delta airzound airhorn (115db) installed. (also trying to figure out how to motorise it. no info on that. so this will be a first on that. looking fwd to finishing this aas a tribute to patrick.

Had to calm down a bit. my pm doc discharged me due to "erratic levels" in my whiz quiz. so now im going to be forced to do it sans pain relief.  i had plans on kicking a nearly decade  relationship with pm docs ( mostly diabetes problems related but recent fracture issues as well. , had plans on kicking this toward end of summer. this as of saturday forced my hand. ankles raging but i figure its only a 2mo premature start. maybe go into a rehab type of place ( outpatient if i can swing it) cause ive been prescribed those like i said close to a decade.  will see how it goes

Good news and GREAT news. ive decided  to get off the pain meds. (prescribed for nearly a decade) i got into a "rehab" facility. thats the good news . the GREAT news is its on the beach in san clemente California.  sooooooo ill be postwhoring ( when able) with a view. insurance covered it. i will be there Wed. the 13th  at 430p their time.
