Serious issue

So after taking my carb out and spring carb cleaner through all of the channels, taking the jets out and spraying them thoroughly and letting everything dry i re-assembled my bike and cranked it over a few times until it started, I'm still having the same issue of not being able to rev the bike at all without it dieing, but i figured after adding seafoam i would let i idle for a while, warm up, and hopefully the seafood would help clear any issues out.
After about three minutes of idling the exhaust started having white steam come out (the bike has been sitting outside so i figured it was no big deal, probably water in the exhaust from living in oregon), about a minute later the exhaust pipe started leaking gasoline, and where the Yoshimura slip-on is clamped onto the stock exhaust, started also dripping gasoline and the engine sounded rough. I pulled the plugs and one cylinder was full of gasoline. I removed and replaced both plugs (cylinder was cleared out via silicone tube), and started the bike again, it ran smoother, but the same issues persist, dumping gasoline from the exhaust, and this morning the bike had a small line of oil that appears to have dripped from the frame (the leak point for the oil hasn't been located yet).

has anybody had this issue, or could anybody provide any insight to this issue?

You've obviously got a major flooding problem. You'd need to look into the carb float needle valves and fuel tap I reckon.
(It could be that in the carb cleaning process a grain of dirt or something has dislodged and become stuck in a needle valve stopping it from closing properly).
I recently had the same problem on my RZ250 - Fuel tap vacuum valve not closing properly, so fuel seeping into the carbs, and past the worn needle valves into the engine via carbs.
Quick cheap solution is to put a simple on/off inline tap into the fuel line.
Is it the LH cylinder that's filling up? Is it on the sidestand? (The RZ was ok when on the centrestand, but flooded when leaning to the left on the sidestand).

it was on the center stand, next to my truck (jump-starting), hopefully this weekend i have time to tear it all apart though, i've been swamped at work lately. I'll tear the carb all the way down, clean everything individually, and re-assemble this time. thanks for the heads up!

Hey just don't make the assumption that it's def a carb/fuel problem, sounds like it may not be running on both cylinders, possibly caused by ignition problem. ?

Hang on.... one cylinder was full of fuel while engine was running? .... how's that work then?

Yea ... how are you compressing a chamber full of liquid gasoline ? Any more than a spoon, you'd bend a rod.
Cool.

When I turned it off, one cylinder was full, I checked and its sparking both plugs but pumping fuel out, not exactly sure what's going on

How long after you turned it off was the cylinder full....

The (any) engine will NOT run with a cylinder full of liquid.... impossible!
