I got a 1998 engine here, about 6,000 miles. My GS is currently in parts right now so I can't just turn the key unfortunately to test it. When I have a time I'll rig it up for a video though.

I have just decided to part out my fixer upper:
89 suzuki GS500 project bike – has no title - 14928 miles
Bike had been run rough and laid over on both sides
I got it running again – repeat engine does run, bike does shift and go
Engine – black – stamped 501-105731
Timing cover broken, left cover scratched
