On my way home yesterday after work I was stopped at a light on the Lakeshore and there was a young couple going from car to car with a cup and collecting money.

After they finished they were standing not too far from my bike and they were asking eachother questions...what kind is that...oh it says GS500e...and the guy says...yeah, its alright...I prefer the GSXR...

Several beggers make more a year then I do working hard at my job.
You never know, they might have a nice house with a couple nice cars. But if they showed up in a nice car who would give them money to pay for the next one?

Doubt it's the case, but you never know.

Years ago when I first got my drivers license, I was out cruising around in the only car available to me - my mom's old Plymouth Acclaim. The car was beat to hell and back, but I didn't complain.... I didn't pay for it! But anyways, I was cruising around a pretty wealthy neighborhood when I pulled up to a stop sign with some 12-14 year old kids hanging around. They yelled over (with an obvious sarcastic tone) "Hey man, nice car!". The other kids standing there started laughing, and I looked over at them and said "Thanks man. Nice..... um...... shoes I guess."

Oh, the stories I could tell about that car.... you know if you get a measly one foot of air jumping a Plymouth Acclaim, it cracks the oil pan upon landing?

Hmmm... maybe all the suspension work I did to the Spirit actually made a difference! I've gotten a *tiny* bit of air with my car

haha and the oil pan is still flawless

I will say this though, when my cousin owned the Spirit before I ended up with it, he busted the oil pan off of some rocks when he took it in the woods to go fishing. That pan's design certainly does lend itself to being hit easily.

some idiot at a crosswalk did that to my bike. Just gave him a thumbs up and drove off.

No, thankfully.

However the guy at the gas station asked if I would like a car wash with my fuel purchase. (yesterday was a wet one)
