Grip/weight suggestions?

I went for a little over 400 mile solo trip throughout NC and up in Virginia and the vibration was killing my hand/arm, I'm supposing heavier grips would help this issue? Any suggestions?

Do you have the stock bar weights installed? Grips can definitely help, but there are other things that help as well.

That being said, I have stock BMW grips on my 650. I absolutely love them, but I'll have to see what model they came off of.
