Hi all!
New user here.
First things first I've had my gs500e from 94 for the last year and use it as a everyday comuter when I can't ride my bigger bike.
She runs great and all however, i have this problem where if you keep the rpms at 2000rpm it will sometimes do a dive in rpms like almost dying it dips about a 1000rpms but only for a split second and then runs normal again but it's doing it alot in general. Has anybody else have this problem ?
Also I think when it's in operating temperature it has a little hard with going down to idle it will get there it just does it very gradually i don't know if it's me because I'm use to the bigger bike taking revs and instantly going back to idle.
Thanks alot in advance for any inputs
And I'm from DK btw.
Have a great day

A sudden random dip in idle when you're not touching the throttle = lean misfire.
A drop to below set idle rpm when throttle is blipped before it rises back to set idle rpm but as the weather warms it may stall = rich.
You can check with a plug pull, you're basically checking it at idle, let it idle a few mins and show the symptom and then check.
Cool.
