Suburban machinery type 2 bars (revisited)

From another thread, Gamma asked about Suburban machinery bars..

Answer:

Not hard to install...

quality piece...expensive...strong...great position...lower than stock bars..

Issues..

they come really close to speedo and tach...I had to trim the plastic plug at a bevel to get a tad more clearance

When you mount the brake fluid reservoir.. it will hit the instrument mounting plate.  The res. has to be rotated forward, to a weird angle...makes servicing a pain...but it works..

Also I had to file a notch into the mounting plate for clearance of the banjo fitting..

Right now ...out of stock at Suburban...
