The lock cylinder for the seat is. Missing.

Btw- I probably shouldn't have listed my running bike and the parts.....

The running bike is complete.....she's my daily.

Not the brightest crayon in the box, but I can still be seen from a distance.  ;P

Just found that this engine isn't locked.....so no parts for sale......
