Hi guys. Anyone have a drawing or diagram about the which goes where from the fuel tank petcock to the frame mounted petcock(2 fuel lines) on a 2005?

Thanks guys.... ;)

And while at it, is it me or you can't use a normal fuel hose, because of the different diameter at both ends?

I just replaced my fuel lines this past weekend on my 05'. I noticed that on the petcocks, that you can either see "Res" or "O" on the connections. That should help you connect them up properly.

As for the lines, you can purchase normal fuel line and cut down to size, but I recommend ordering the OEM replacements as one end has a larger opening than the other. The OEM lines are flared properly on one end to make connecting much easier. Also get the clips to hold the hoses on. I tried the normal fuel line route a month ago and it took about an hour to cut, fit, replace. Took half that time with OEM lines.

The one Stevo shows is right, all the ones from the parts fiches for all years are wrong.  The one Stevo shows was taken from this set I made up by correcting the ones from the parts fiches.

Regarding the fuel lines, I like the clear ones.  Kind of helps answer the age-old question: 'is it getting gas?'

I recently bought some OEM suzuki fuel lines and I haven't put them on yet so here is some photos and measurements that should end the fuel line debate once and for all. This measurements are as accurate as I am able to get.
