Does the BST33S carb have a starter jet, or just a passage that the choke opens

The SM only lists three removable jets. I see the starter shaft lever, but I can't tell how the circuit works. Does the fuel flow through a simple passage or is there actually a starter jet built into the carb?
2007F with 22k NY/NJ miles. Stock exhaust/airbox. Rejet to 20/60/132/one o-ring/1.25 turns out, +2 mojo
