GS500 colors by year

Haven't seen one of these yet so here we go. I pulled some info from different places on the internet and combined them to this. Every color is only posted once even if they were available in multiple years. Sometimes the year is a bit vague because I figure they changed color within one year. Anyway I guess I got most of them.

I'm such a square but I've always loved the decals from '92 and '93... they are soooo representative of stuff in the early 90's

I like the '89 striping but I guess that is mostly because I got a another red one for free recently 

What I do wonder, every now and then I see pictures of GS500's popping up from various years without a decal on the side of the tail covers. Color appears to be spot on with the tank. Makes me wonder if some GS500's were delivered without the decals on the tail or if they may have been removed or given a paintjob after some damage.
