Getting a 1990 GS500

Hi, just wanted to say hello! I'm getting a 1990 Gs500 next week and hopefylly will be modding her with your help. I'm not terribly new to Motorbikes but this will be my first sport style bike.

Thank you, I will. I definitely want to do  a wider rear rim and clean it up. And probably the R6 rear shock. But for now I just want to ride!

I'd go (and went) kat 750 over the R6 shock. It's stiffer and better suited for the suzi geometry. Best of luck! Post some pics of the sweet beast.
