LED turn signals/flasher relay issue

Of course, nothing is ever as easy as it sounds. I ordered the stuff I needed for the diode mod, and an electronic relay flasher for my LED turn signals, which never have worked correctly (installed by PO). I found my existing flasher relay, unplugged it, and to my dismay this is what I found:




Based on everything I can find, this is a fuel pump relay from a GSXR, and I have no idea why. Since it has 4 pins, as opposed to two, I'm not sure where to go from here. I was expecting this to be a very "plug and play" type job.
