Extending short blinkers

Does anyone have any tips for extending short blinkers stalks? I bought after market shorties but they are too short and are hidden by my bikini fairing (duh) I tried looking for some kind of bracket to extend them but have had no luck. Any ideas or tips would be awesome:)

Buy some more only longer, or am I just thinking too hard

Buying longer ones would be my next option. I can't return these because I've had them too long, so I was trying to use what I have before giving up and buying another set.
