Does each valve wear at a consistent rate? (I'm shimming)

I've been tracking my valve clearance over the past year for all four valves. Here's what i see over 10,000 miles:

Right Intake: wearing slightly, went from 0.08mm to 0.05mm
Left Intake: not wearing at all, was at 0.03mm and it has not moved
Right Exhaust: not wearing at all, I set it to 0.11mm and it has not moved
Left Exhaust: wearing a lot, went from 0.09mm to 0.03mm

If this pattern continues, with the left exhaust wearing a lot. I should set that much wider, like 0.12mm
Is this correct, or is there a reason to have each exhaust clearance to be closer to eachother in measurement?

2007F with 22k NY/NJ miles. Stock exhaust/airbox. Rejet to 20/60/132/one o-ring/1.25 turns out, +2 mojo

I'm not saying I know more then the engineers over at suzuki. but I've taken plenty of GS's apart and had lots of left over parts and screws. so I must know something.. that being said.

as long as the shims aren't too tight, and aren't so loose they can pop out of their seats. I play the "good enough" game.  :thumb:

according to GSjack after X amount of miles on the GS, they "stop" changing and kinda settle in and don't need much attention any more.

Always set the exhaust valves loose--they will be happy.

it's a trade-off of wear vs. performance. The performance difference is vanishingly small. The wear difference is comparatively huge. So set the valve clearances on the big side of normal if not above normal and things will last a lot longer.

thanks guys, i just ordered one more shim, so i can do this job right
